If you make short supports on the volume buttons of your hands-free kit This will change the music. For example, if you press the volume (-) button briefly, you will read the previous song and if you do a short press on the volume (+) you will skip to the next song. To increase or decrease the volume you need to make long supports (about 2 seconds).

How do I adjust the volume of the kit announcements?
It is not possible to adjust the volume of the kit announcements. The volume is relatively high to make sure that each of our users can not miss the calls. Each vehicle is different, the soundproofing also differs. Since our kits are as well used for trucks or heavyweights as urban vehicles we have chosen a volume audible by all.
The kit says hello and good-bye every three minutes?
When you enter your vehicle the kit lights up and goes in search of a Bluetooth connection. It is likely that your phone Bluetooth is not activated and your kit is trying to connect. You just have to activate the Bluetooth on your phone for the connection to be made.
If your phone’s Bluetooth is enabled and the ads persist, it means that the connection is not being made. So we advise you to reset the kit (see question “I have connection problems”).
How to make the first connection?
Slide the ON/OFF button to turn the kit on/off.
The kit flashes red and blue, the voice will say “Hello, Pairing” or “BEEP” according to your speakerphone model.
Activate the Bluetooth on your phone and search for the device of the kit (6E,S-31, S-61, S-62). If your phone asks for a code, enter: 0000.
NOTE: Once the first connection is made, your phone will be stored in the kit and the connection will then be done automatically.
When someone calls you, the voice of the kit reads the caller’s phone number or reads the caller’s name saved in the contacts ?
The kit reads the number correctly. Unfortunately it does not have access to the name of the contact. To see the name you can for example place the phone on a stand in order to be able to read the name. You can on some phones personalize the ringtone of the phone for a contact, this can allow you to recognize who is calling.
Of what technologies is the kit equipped with?
The B-Pro is composed of the Bluetooth 4.1, A2DP, SVRCP, HFP, SPP, LOW, DIS and DSP technologies.
What is the battery capacity ?
The battery has a capacity of 1000 mAh.
What kind of mike does the kit have?
The kit is equipped with an omnidirectional Φ6 * 2.7 mike.
I have a problem connecting with my phone, what to do ?
Perform kit Reset: Press the + and – buttons simultaneously for more than 5 seconds (this will erase the phone from the kit memory).
Then remove the Speakerphone device from the list of registered Bluetooth devices on his/her phone.
Once these two steps are completed, you can make the connection between the kit and the phone.
Can the turn off the light that indicates the status of the kit ?
No. The light flashing in blue or red in order to indicate the status of the kit (connected …) cannot be disabled.
