Question about the hands-free kit B-Pro 2

When I want to raise or lower the volume of the hands-free Kit it changes the song.
If you make short supports on the volume buttons of your hands-free kit This will change the music. For example, if you press the volume (-) button briefly, you will read the previous song and if you do a short press on the volume (+) you will skip to the next song. To increase or decrease the volume you need to make long supports (about 2 seconds).

I have a problem connecting with my phone, what to do ?
Perform kit Reset: Press the + and – buttons simultaneously for more than 5 seconds (this will erase the phone from the kit memory).
Then remove the Speakerphone device from the list of registered Bluetooth devices on his/her phone.
Once these two steps are completed, you can make the connection between the kit and the phone.

Can the turn off the light that indicates the status of the kit ?
No. The light flashing in blue or red in order to indicate the status of the kit (connected …) cannot be disabled.

I can’t use the “OK Google” voice recognition on my Android phone
Some phone manufacturers add a default speech recognition application and so often this application is used by default by your phone.
At first try to use OK Google without the kit to verify that it works well (you have to look for the application that is called Google (icon with a G in several colors).
Then check that when you press the Voice recognition button of your phone (often a long press on the center circle at the bottom), this launches OK Google.
If you now connect the S61 kit to the phone and press the voice recognition button on the kit, it should launch OK Google on your phone, all you have to do is to say “call xxx”

I have problems during communications (echo, low sound …) whereas I didn’t have this before ?
Start by making a reset:
To do this: press the + and – buttons simultaneously for more than 5 seconds (this will erase the phone from the kit memory). Thereafter remove the Speakerphone device from the list of registered Bluetooth devices on your phone. Once these two steps are completed, you can make the connection between the kit and the phone.
If the problem persists, do a test by calling your own number and leaving a message and then listening to it. Contact us (via the contact section) giving us a maximum of information (speakerphone model, phone model, problems encountered, quality of the message …).

How to adjust the volume of the conversation ?
You have two ways to adjust the volume of the conversation.
The first is to use the + and – buttons of the Bluetooth kit by making long presses (about 2 secs).
The second solution is to do it on your phone once the kit is connected. Usually you can adjust the volume with a button on the side of your phone. These two ways adjust the same volume (Bluetooth volume of the phone).

How can we recharge the hands- free kit?
You can obviously recharge the hands- free kit with the given cable and the cigar lighter charger. But you can also connect the cable directly to your computer. You can also use a USB portable battery if you have one. On the other hand, we do not recommend using the Chargers on telephone or other.

I cannot relay the sound of Waze via my kit, what to do?
It may happen that the sound is not released by the kit after the automatic setting of the Waze application. For this to work, we recommend disabling the “Force sound on speaker of this device” function.
To do this, open your application Waze, go to the tab “Settings”, select “Sound and Voice” and disable “force sound on speaker of this device”.

The sound flows out through my applications or music but not my calls, (or vice versa), what to do?
When you experience this problem, you should check the Bluetooth setting when you are connected to the kit. It should be ensured that the “audio setting of the phone” and the “audio setting of the medium” are activated correctly.
To do this, connect your kit to the phone, go to the settings of your phone, select Bluetooth, then select Kit S-61 and check whether the two elements above are active.
Once these two elements are activated, the sound should be relayed as well for your applications as for your calls
